"Toni's" Spinach Salad

One of my favorite salads, this recipe was shared to us by a family friend. Since then, it was made quite frequently in our house when I was growing up. It's a simple salad with great flavor.

Salad
1 bad of baby spinach
3 eggs, boiled and chopped
4-6 slices of bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
half of a thinly sliced red onion

Dressing
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons grated red onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix dressing together in blender and pour over salad.
