Spaghetti Sauce
I don't normally make spaghetti sauce from scratch, but when I found this recipe on Pinterest, I decided to make it. I realized afterward that I was missing an ingredient and I had to tweak it as I was missing a few ingredients. I didn't have any tomato sauce, so I used a can of diced tomatoes instead, which actually worked out really well. I also used 3 cloves of fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder and cooked it with the onion. My small changes aside, this recipe has become a keeper in my house.
