Banana Bread


This banana bread recipe was given to me years ago by my mother-in-law and was handed down to her from her great grandmother. It's a simple recipe that gives you incredibly moist banana bread that disappears quickly in my house.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco or oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 well ripened bananas
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Preheat over to 350°F
Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Mix in all remaining ingredients and pour into greased bread pan.
Bake for one hour.
Allow pan to cool before removing banana bread to finish cooling.
